“I am fit and fine”: Vinod Kambli shares health update in recent video

The former Indian player's fans were left worried for him after a video of him struggling to walk went viral on social media, however Kambli has now shared a positive health update

Former Indian batter Vinod Kambli left all his fans utterly shocked after a video, showing him in a deteriorated state, went viral on social media. In the video, the 52 year-old was seen struggling to walk properly as people had to give him support and remove him safely from the road. However, Kambli, who represented India in 117 international matches, has now come up with a fresh health update. In a video posted on X, the former player stated that he is absolutely fine.

“By the grace of God, I am fit and fine and surviving,” he said in the video. He also added that he is still fit enough to go out on the field and bat.  

After the video of him struggling to walk went viral, his fans asked the India’s legendary batter Sachin Tendulkar, a childhood friend of Kambli to help his mate by paying for his treatment.

Kambli was quite a talented player during his playing days as he scored almost 10,000 first-class runs with his highest score being 262 runs.
