VIRAT Kohli slammed the publication house for sharing fake news of him building a cricket pitch at his Alibaug house. Times of India did a report which stated that Virat Kohli is keen on having a cricket pitch at his Alibaug house. However, it was not the original story of the Times of India but they cited a report from Mid-Day.
Virat posted a screenshot of the story and wrote, “bachpan se jo akhbaar pada, wo bhi fake news chhapne lage.”

Recently, Virat Kohli also busted fake news about his social media earnings. A few reports in the media stated that Virat Kohli earns 11.4 crores from his one social media post. However, Kohli refuted the reports and clarified that the numbers are not true.
“While I am grateful and indebted to all that I’ve received in life, the news that has been making rounds about my social media earnings is not true,” Kohli tweeted on Saturday morning.
