During the second day of the recently-concluded Adelaide Test, Mohammed Siraj was involved in a heated verbal exchange with Travis Head which made headlines. Following the incident, Siraj was handed with 20 per cent match fee fine while Head may have escaped a fine, but had sanctions imposed on him.

Ahead of the third Test in Brisbane, Siraj gave a positive reaction to the fine handed to him. Australia media outlet Sydney Morning Herald had a chat with the pacer where Siraj responded positively and stated, “Yeah man, it’s all good.”

“I’m going to the gym now,” said Siraj, dismissing the topic about the fine.

Both Siraj and Head were also handed one demerit point each by the ICC following the incident.

The duo seemed to have already put the issue to dust as they were even seen hugging each other following the match. It will be interesting to see if they clash once again in the upcoming Test at the Gabba.
